Ordering
Orders can be placed via our website or by telephone. Full payment must be received before an order is despatched.
Payments
Payment can be taken in the form of credit card or cheque. The website is equipped with a secure online payment facility, no credit card details are passed on to Coast & Country. Credit card details given over the phone will be strictly confidential and destroyed after use. A receipt of the transaction will be enclosed with your order. Credit card payments will not be taken until the order is ready to be despatched, although credit card details will be required at the time of ordering for card authorisation. If paying by cheque, we will need to allow at least five working days for the cheque to clear before despatching goods.
Products and Prices
There may be some variation in the colour of images displayed our website. When colour matching, please request samples (where available) to gain an accurate colour representation. Every effort has been made to minimise the distortion of colour through our promotional material.
All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of going to press. Coast and Country reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Delivery
Coast and Country’s products will be delivered to your door by courier. We aim to have all orders despatched within 5 working days of receiving the order, providing all materials are in stock. If they are not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible. The lead time for made to measure items will vary, see individual products for details. We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company. Delivery to UK Mainland only.
Returns Policy
Non made to measure items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and it must be in a resaleable condition. A refund will only be given once the product has been inspected. Refunds are given in the same form as the initial payment was made. If the product or packaging is damaged in any way, only a partial refund will be given. Coast & Country can arrange collection of parcels, courier prices start from £9.00. The customer must pay for the delivery of returns. Coast and Country must be notified of any faulty product within 14 days of receipt. Coast and Country will arrange and pay for the collection of any faulty products. Only when a product has been declared faulty by Coast and Country, will a refund be given. Please take into consideration that made to measure products are hand finished. All orders are quality checked before they are despatched.
Measurements
It is the customer’s responsibility to take the correct measurements for their curtains, blinds and curtain poles. Made to measure products can not be refunded unless they are found to be faulty.
International Orders
International Orders will be dealt with on an individual basis. These orders maybe subject to import duties and taxes. Any charges levied are payable by the recipient. International deliveries maybe subject to opening and inspection.
